Enter the text from your form here. 

Click on the “edit” box (pencil in box) on the Text box and just paste your copy from Word into this box. You may need to adjust formatting (fixing bullets, etc.)

Unfortunately, HTML doesn’t have the same bullet structure that Word does, but if you want to copy/paste from Notepad you can do something like this:

1. Text 
   1. Text item (hit enter, then then tab button to get this line)
   2. text item
2. Text (hit enter, then then hold down the shift button and hit the tab button to get this line)

To stop the numbering, just hit the enter button twice.

When you view it on the page after editing, the bullets may appear to disappear, but they’ll show up on the live page once it’s published. 

The Box below is where you put the ID of the ninja form associated with this page. Just change the number to coincide with the form that you want to appear on this page.
