FIRST IMPRESSIONS TEAM
First Impressions is designed to do just that, create a welcoming, inviting, and loving first impression to Acts2 Community Church. If you are excited to be here, if you can shake a hand and say hello, you are desired to be a part of the team that sets the tone for all who come through the doors! We want you to serve with intentions, not out of obligations!
THE TEAM
Greeters, ushers, and security help set the overall tone by welcoming, directing, and assisting attendees.
Greeters, ushers, and security are responsible for:
- promptly arriving for their designated shift at 9:50am
- join FIT huddle with the director
- genuinely welcoming and beginning connection with every person
- helping new attendees find areas they need to go to when they arrive
- serve attendees during bad weather
- remembering to have a greeter mindset at all times
- assisting the team leader in any way possible
Times
- 45 min prior to service through to 10:40am after service starts
- Service
- Group huddle at 9:50am to 10:0
- Arrive at post 10:10
- Leave post / go to service at 10:40am
- Volunteer at least 1 Sunday a month, more if desired
